first step is to meet with one of our lenders and determine how much mortgage you
can afford based on your credit score, income and current debt load.
If you can't meet lending guidelines at this time, we'll outline a plan
with steps you can take to get onto the road of owning your own home. |

Secondly, if you choose, you can meet with James Carroll, our
independent CPA. The IRS offers homeowners great tax advantages and we
want you to be aware of the advantages homeownership will afford you based on your income,
loan program, current and future
tax brackets and your short and long-term goals. |

Financial Planner:
Again if you chose, you can meet with our independent Financial Planner. The last thing we want
is for you to be so "house poor" that you can't save anything for
vacation, retirement, college tuition or unexpected emergencies. |
